Your order may require special freight handling due to its size or quantity.
The shipping charge displayed at checkout is the regular estimated shipping charge under Flooritize's current shipping rates. For large or palletized orders, the final freight cost may be higher or lower depending on delivery distance, shipment size, pallet requirements, delivery access, and the vendor's confirmed freight charges.
After you place your order, Flooritize will confirm the actual freight cost with the vendor. If the confirmed freight cost exceeds the shipping amount already charged, Flooritize will email you with an explanation of the difference and a secure method to review and pay the additional amount.
Your order can proceed through checkout without waiting for a freight quote. Additional freight payment must be handled transparently and with appropriate customer authorization before fulfillment.
